I have a customer with a 2006 Toyota Highlander.  I'm going to install a Audiovox Prestige Platinum APS-997 R/S, and I have never worked on this vehicle before.  Based on everything that I have read, it look like the locks/unlocks are a beast.

Please let me know the do's / don'ts of this vehicle as I'm looking for any tips to save me any headaches.

Just make sure you have All the Diodes going the corrct way.
The Relay is to Break the Connection of the Lock Detection wire.
You may need Relays for Lock & Unlock to supply a stronger GROUND on some units.
I hate them

Locks are easy, as long as you don't mind unlocking all of the doors on the first press.
