Alrite i recently got a cd deck installed . . . so keep this in mind.
I press the unlock button on my prestige 5 button remote and the cars horn starts honking consecutively . . . the prestige car alarm will go off as well but i can easily disarm that with the remote. After the prestige alarm is disabled the cars horn will constantly honk for 30 seconds or until i pull the plug out of the battery. When the cars horn is honking i cannot start the car whatsoever.
Anyone know whats wrong?

It is probably the factory Nissan alarm going off. What happens if you unlock the driver's door with the key.

Hahaha my drivers door keyhole is broken . . . but the passenger door works but when i open it up with that nothing happens the alarm doesnt go off . . . the prestige alarm works like its supposed to its just the car horn that keeps honking on and on and on . . . and thus i cant start the car its like the ignition is bypassed or whatever.

So, you're saying that if you unlock the passenger's door with the key, the horn does not sound?
And, what if you first get the horn to start sounding.......and then turn the key in the passenger door? Does the horn stop?
If so, all that is necessary is to connect the Prestige's BLACK/ blue factory-disarm output to the Nissan's disarm wire.
I don't know the color of that wire, but any alarm wiring diagram for your car should tell you..........it will test as a ground when you turn the key to the unlock position.

My keyhole to the drivers side door and trunk are broken.

I can only unlock the passenger door.

When the stock alarm goes off . . . opening the passenger side door does nothing. Thus the stock alarm is still sounding for the full 2-3 minutes. After the 2-3 minutes of annoying constant honking [stock alarm] the car cannot be started.

When i unlock the door with the prestige car remote the stock alarm thinks that the door was opened without a key so im pretty much screwed. Or at least i still think theres hope.

=[ this sucks i cant drive my car.

A lot of vehicles have both a OEM alarm and a anti-theft system. They are two seperate systems. The alarm is sometimes called a contents alarm or perimeter alarm. Most often it is the alarm that causes the horn honking. But to be sure check your owners manual. In most cases to disarm the alarm there is a switch on the back of the key cylinder in the door. When you turn the key it causes a negative pulse or positive pulse. You will have to find the right wire and tap into it with the disarm wire from the APS - 996.If it is a positive pulse you will need a relay to reverse polarity.
