I have a 2000 impreza 2.5rs, and am going to be installing a viper 5000 this weekend, i need to know which wires from the viper to the car i need, the main question i have is im pretty sure the cars door locks are - polarity, on the main harness on the viper it has
green ---- to (-) door switch wire
Violet ----to (+) door switch wire
those are to tell the alarm when the door is open right?
also
it has a door lock harness with these wires
violet ---unlock #87 normally open (input)
blue/black---unlock #30 common (output)
BROWN / black unlock #87A normally closed
Violet/black lock #87 normally open (input)
GREEN/ black lock #30 common (output)
WHITE/ black lock #87A normally closed
BLACK/ white Domelight supervision relay input #87
i need to know which of those wires i need to wire in, i know i wont have to use all of them, i have a 2 door coupe...
any info will be great
Thanks
Greg

Ground the violet wire (input to your lock and unlock wire)
dont need brown, white, or black
