I am installing a remote start in a 2006 E350 Van and can not find a wire that will give a pos or neg pulse during lock with the factory remote. The owner wants it so that it will start when you hit lock 3 times. Can anybody help me? The Power lock wire does not do it with the remote.

That wire is commonly listed as "Lock Motor" or "Drivers Lock Motor" on tech sheets. For that van, it is:

pink/black at the VSM in passenger kick

You should be able to find it in the drivers door boot as well.
