Central Door locking System

Hello all, am installing a universal central door unlocking system that has a basic install diagram.  It came with 4 actuators, two of which had 5 wires and the other 2 has 2 wires (blue/green).  I installed it in my wifes 4 door 96 toyota corolla but it plain does not work.

One of the actuator with the five wires (black, brown, white, blue and green) I put in the driver door and hook up all the wires, black to ground, and the rest to the small relay unit that came with the system, the other lock actuator with 5 wires i just hooked up the blue and green wires since the one in the driver door is the master.

I also think they send me two by mistake as the wiring diagram and the picture on the box only show 1 of the actuators with 5 wires.

I hooked power from battery to the relay unit  power wire, it has an inline 15 amp fuse and hooked the groung up.  it has two output wires thats brown and white, these as 12 volts on them so i know it has power.  the diagram just indicate that these wire go to alarm system, i try to ground each to test lock but no go, there is no sound or movement  whatsoever, i tried to apply power to one of the actuator wire while grounding the other and nothing worked.

i just can't believe all actuators and relay unit is dead, its a new unit.  since the install diagran said the 2 output wires go to alarm system, am wordering if it has to be operated by remote.  i am installing a lcd remote start/alarm system as well but wanted to test the locks to see if they indeed work before starting the alarm/remote start install.

any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

man i feel dumb.  I had the car in the garage for around 5 days, my meter showed 12 volts on the wire in the car but not enough juice to activate the locks.  They work now.

I have another question.  On the control unit, there is a brown and a white wire. The install diagram says these wires go to alarm system.  They have 12 volts on them and grounding one locks while when grounded the other unlocks.  Do I need a relay to wire that to my alarm/remote starter?
