Good day all,
I am installing a Viper 791XV starter/alarm into my 02 Sierra using the Directed Electronics bypass model 556LW.
I'm looking for the wiring color codes or schematic to help me with this install and . This is the first time I've done an alarm/starter install with a bypass, if someone could elaborate on how to do that it would be much appareciated.
Also, any other tips in terms of locations of the compontents etc?
Thanks in advance.

As for the bypass, in the box it will give you all the needed directions, give it power, and status input or whatever it asks for, I have to look at things before I can say,"yeah, do this!"

Good Luck

you will find it very easy if you use the 457gw.you won't have to cut the passlock wire to interface, the module will learn it.also the 457gw will control arm/lock,disarm/unlock,door trigger,& passlock too. just follow the instruction that comes with the 457gw module and you will save yourself a lot of time.good luck.
