I found this diagram but i don't understand, can somebody please help me with it.

2000 Audi A6 2nd starter wire -- posted image.

Where do i connect  the wire output from alarm ? why type of lock for the audi a6 2000.  do i need relay for the lock system?

Thats the diagram for your car, and its just a regular neg. type locking system. So no relay required.
That diagram is just telling you how to hook up your second starter wire.
87 12volt
30 2nd starter wire (BLUE for your audi)
85 12volt (or you can connect it to your first starter wire (RED / BLACK for your audi) like pictured)
86 2nd starter (wire from alarm to turn on relay)
