alarm viper 550esp

i have the viper 550 esp but the remote starter wires are in a relay pack. i was wondering if anyone could help me out with the wires because there 2 red wire one purlpe one orange one pink and one pink and white any information will be helpful thanks alot

not sure if you have the install guide or not, but it is in the download section on this site, it tell ya what wire does what.
2 reds go to 12 volt constant
orange go to accessiry wire
pink is main IGN and pink/white ins 2nd IGN.
purpule goes to start side

i have the hole thing hooked up but nothing happens when i hit the remote start button everything eles work fine. need help fast please.

do you have it set to 1 push or pushes default is 2 pulse. hit them RS button 2 times

pretty sure hood (grey) is up, or neutral saefty wire (BLACK/ white) is not grounded.
Hold lock & unlock for 5secs to r/s

the netural safty wire needs to see ground for it to start

dont hold the lock and unlock longer for 5 sec if so it will shut down the remote start,

if i did that how do i turn it back on. also no chirp when i press them together still

onpage 46 on the install guide look at the shutdown diagnostics and see what it says for why it did not start.
aslo did you use tach, if so did you learn the tach.
aslo what car do you have and waht year
