I purchased a CL100 from Audiovox (Code Alarm) a while ago and just installed it this weekend. I tried to register it using the fax number on the paperwork but the number is disconnected. Also the website for Satronics no longer exists since the company has changed names several times. Audiovox still has this unit advertised on their website and several dealers still carry it. I have left a message @ Audiovox's customer help line but so far no response. Does anyone who is using or installing this system have the Fax number or updated contact information? Thanks

There's something funny going on there.
When I installed mine, I managed to find a phone number, and when I called, I just got a regular guy on the phone........apparently the owner of the company had some troubles, and a few employees bought it out.
Anyway, he was really nice, and he got my unit activated........I haven't used it all summer, though.
Later on, I'll see if I can find that phone number, and I'll also test out my CL100 as well.
Get back to you in a day or two.

Well, I don't have much for you.
On the paper in my car, I crossed out the original fax number and wrote another one: 805-856-2216. Try that and see what happens.
By the way, my CarLink still does work, so I guess that's a good sign.
Sorry, but I've misplaced and/or forgotten the voice number, as well as the name of the fellow I spoke with.

Thanks,
I actually got a call back from Audiovox today the number they gave me is 619-839-3780, so I just faxed it to both numbers.
Chris, did you see my response to the other guy trying to use the toyota factory keyfob with a 07 camery or carrola? I think I have a way to get it to work using the CAUGM, not perfect, but at least I can unlock the doors with the satelite. Now to design the relay interface to only use it when the remote start is on.
