Does anyone know if the electical platform is suppose to be anydiffernt from the 05 Jetta? Got a customer picking up a new 07 jetta soon and their looking to get a R/S / keyless installed.

The 05 is a MKIV platformed car..... the 07 is a MKV platformed car..... so, yes, it shall be different.
Generally with most Euro cars, when you see a body change, you also have an electrical platform change.
