Remote Start & Keyless Entry for 1997 BMW 740 IL

Any one have the CORRECT Wiring Guide on this??
Any information or things I should be aware of on this BE MER would be greatly appreciated.

would 555u bypass module work good with this?

Starter - BLACK / YELLOW, Ign - Green, 2nd Ign - Violet, 12v - Red

In dkp: lock(+) - red, unlock(+) - brown

556uw is the correct part

also, for tach I went right to an injector

Does 555uw require a key to be left inside it?  If so, is there any other bypass module that doesnt?
