hi, i was just wondering if i could just wire up only the keyless entry featureof this system...i dont want to utilize remote a start and alarm feature because the sysyem draws to much current from my battery

If using 791 or 3.5, You will still need to use the ignition wire off the relay packet/ribbon.
Other than that, hook up all your trigger wires (hood, door, trunk), 12v, ground, parkinglight. Thats all that is required for basic install.
BTW, Id recommend Viper 5000 or Clifford 10.5x instead.
Note: You Always Dont Get What You Pay For.

you should hook up everything like normal but when you hook up the power cables hook it up directly to your battery. real waste to have a good alarm and not use it all. besides if the drain is too much on your battery, then you either hooked it up to a power cable on your car that can't support the current draw or your battery is weak and is up for a change.
