I installed the Clifford Matrix RSX3.5 into my car yesterday. I have all the wire hook up and seem like everything is going on track. But I couldn't make the power door work with the alarm. I can trigger to arm and disarm. But the door lock always stay the same. this is the way I hook up
alarm green (-) to light GREEN / WHITE (-) (smart entrance control unit)
alarm blue (-) to brown (-)
and I even try to hook up the 451M relay directly to the Actuator. End up both actuator is not working now.
another problem is the remote start. when I trigger the remote start, the engine start and then turn off right away. I know that cause by the factory security because when I stick in the key and turn to ON position, then trigger the remote start, the engine on and keep running.
I used a 30amp relay to disarm the factory alarm, but it didn't work either. (the security light only off when I have the key in the switch, keep on flashing even open the door using the key)
SORRY FOR THE LONG POST... but I really need help...

a little more information... I could hear the "click" sound from the module (don't know which) when I trigger the lock/unlock switch at the door. but the lock no respond after I tried using the 451M relay connect to the actuator wire.

rayqb,
You sound's a lot like some of my DIY installer that comes through my shop. Before you lose me on your complicated problem. Let’s keep thing easy and simple.
Was the door switch at the handle working prior to the installation? Is it still working? Is the factory alarm still working? Can you still activated it and at the same time deactivate it using just the key? If any one of things that I mention are still an issue get them corrected first, otherwise it makes no sense in continuing.
If you don’t have any of the issue that I have mention above pull your lock/unlock wire connection out of the vehicle.   Do your testing again.
Test and see if you have the correct locking/unlocking wire on the vehicle. Also, test the remote starter unit and see if you are getting a signal from the unit. If both test out to be working fine you may have a few possibility why it is not working even though you made all the right connection. I can not recall the behaviour of this particular vehicle do to old age catching up to me, but I maybe able to point you in the right direction from experience.
They are as follow:
Most Nissan I am aware of require a double pulse to unlock the door (the first pulse disarm the factory alarm and the second pulse unlocks the door) and a single pulse to lock and arm. You may want to try a double pulse setting.   It may not require it since it is an older model Nissan and the wiring diagram below doesn’t mention anything, but worth the try.
You may also need to connect the arm and disarm wire.
Often, more ground ampere maybe require and the remote starter unit will not supply enough, so you may want to try using a relay.
If the anti-theft module doesn’t respond you might be able to tap into the wire at the switch itself.   That may require you to open up the door panel.
Anyways, try that first and see how far you go with it. Goodluck.
