CS-2016FM in 00 Honda Civic EX, Doors

I recently installed the Crimestopper CS-2016FM Informer II in my vehicle and everything seems to work fine except every morning (~8am) for the past few days I've gone out and my doors won't unlock... or even relock for that matter.  I have to manually open them with the key.  And, by the time I get to school, they still won't lock.  But, when I go back to my car in the afternoon, ~5PM, they work fine.  It seems that when it is colder or dewey in the morning, the unlock/lock will not work, BUT my stock keyless entry DOES work fine.  Could there be something wrong with my unit, or something I did wrong?

I have checked the wires for good contact.  They were splice tapped, but I have since directly soldered them and the problem still happens.

I would send back the CPU for warranty. Sounds like a defective board to me. The Honda only requires a low (-) trigger so it's not like internal relays are being used.
