Vehicle in question: 2006 WRX TR, 5sp
Ok, here is my problem. I have most of my wires traced out, and my alarm will be here next week (its a DEI unit). So, Im still looking for or confused on basically three things. First, for the door unlock (YELLOW/red), at the integrated module, there are two wires of this color. I assume the one next to the RED / white will be my unlock, and the other will be for the trunk trigger, right? Id like to test these, but Im not sure how to go about testing a negative trigger.
Second question is, once I tap the wire for the door unlock, will I still have drivers priority unlock, or will they all unlock at the same time?
Third question is, what wire should I use for parking lights? I have a TR, and read somewhere that there is a purple wire on the front of the fusebox. While I didnt find this wire, I did find the prewired fog light switch, and it has a purple wire, which would make sense for illumination purposes. So, Im not sure on wire selection for this, and Im hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
Last question is, the Door Trigger wire is Yellow at the Integrated Module. Im assuming that when I unlock, my dome light will still come on? Or will I have to wire in the domelight supervision?

All the colors you posted appear to be correct accept for the parkling lights.  My diagram shows BLACK/ red or orange at parkling light switch.  It also shows that the integrated module is to the left of the steering column.  Now as far as the domelight coming on with unlock, im not 100 percent positive but I think you will have to do the domelight supervision.

To Test for Lock/unlok: Put red end of digital multimeter to the wire in the car listed in the diagram for lock/unlock and the black end of your meter to a ground source (metal).  Your meter should read 12 volts once you have both ends of the volt meter attached.  Now, hit the lock button on the door.  If you see the meter go to 0, you have the correct wire.  Do the same thing for the unlock wire, hit the unlock switch, if it goes to 0 on the meter you have the correct wire.

To Test for the Doortrigger: Put the red end of your digital multimeter to the wire in the car listed in the diagram for door trigger (yellow) and the black end of the metter to a ground source (metal).  Make sure all the doors are closed at the this time.  Your meter should read 12 volts when all doors are closed and go to 0 when you open any of the doors.

To Test for Parking Lights:  Put the red end of your digital multimeter to the wire in the car listed for parking lights (BLACK/ red or orange) and the black end of the meter to a ground source (metal).  Once you have that connected, your meter should start off reading 0.  Turn the actual parking light switch on your car on.  If your meter goes to 12volts than you have the correct wire,

Yeah, the problem is there are 20 different lights for a Subaru for parking lights. Some work without the key, some with, and thats what Im trying to figure out. Ill check those wires in a bit.
Thanks for the testing info, that saves me a headache. Ill report back shortly.

Ok, I see the voltage dip for the lock/unlock wires I think are correct, but it never actually goes to zero. Ive found the trunk trigger and also door trigger.

if the voltage is dropping noticeably it should be the right wire.  If it is the color it says and in the location and it tests out partially, your probably all good to go

Yeah, it drops, but it actually goes to zero when you use the switch and not the keyfob.
My domelight supervision is 12v, and goes to zero when its triggered, so I dont think Ill be needing a relay for that.
Also, found the orange and BLACK/ red wires for parking.
