I have been unable to find the parklight + wire, is it possible that is is a negative, and that I will need a relay?
Is the wire easily found?

The blue negative wire is also in the steering column, right alongside all the ignition wires.

if you look to the right of the steering wheel, near the fuesbox, there's a  nice big harness in loom going into the center console which has the + parking light wire (RED / yellow), the brake wire (WHITE/ black), and the e-brake wire(GREEN/ orange) if your doing standard. makes doing this car so very easy and saves a lot of time
