The antenna on my alarm consist of just a foot or so piece of wire. I all ready extended the wire and brought it up to my windshield, but that didnt do much.
I'd like to get an antenna mounted on my windshield, but I cant find any antennas.
So what would you guys reccomend?

Did you add a remote start to this unit and that is why you are looking for greater range?
I do not think there is any way to increase the range other than keeping the antenna away from metal (as much as possible) and keeping it straight and as high as you can get it.
If it had an external transceiver you may be able to upgrade, but I do not think they make anything for that system.
I would look into a system upgrade if you are truly in need of extending the range.

I have a code alarm remote start, and just using the Avital for alarm. But the main reason I want to extend it is to be able to disable the alarm so I can remote start the car, because the remote start has a greater range then the alarm.
