Looking to install a remote start on a 07 Sahara, but can't find any info on wiring... Also wondering if the Sahara requires any type of bypass mod, such as a sentry key or transponder. any info would greatly be appreciated.

Wiring will be alot like the Liberty and TJ's. Traditional Dodge/Jeep wiring and the door locks will most likely be resistor based along with the OEM security. If the OEM keyless is built into the head of the key, chances are it's Sentry based and you can use any of the 05/06 Sentry bypasses for this vehicle.

I was under the impression that the wiring would be the same as a wrangler and even if it is the same as a liberty or tj the only info i can find is on an 05 liberty... nothing for 07.... As for the key, I just found out  it's black with a seperate keyless remote. I'm assuming for now that there is no bypass needed, as for the door locks how can i test for resistance, where can i find the door lock wire ( Location )?
u.a.s.
