What is the EXACT production date of your vehicle...?  Me, like others, cannot even find THAT year CL.?

Look on the door jamb.

There is no 04, even if you bought it in 04, most likely a 03 production.
Use bypasskit PKH2 (can use black or grey key) or dei 556H (must use black key)
(whichever you find cheaper, because both reliable, and require 1 key for programming)
