Do the factory remotes work if the vehicle is under rs? Just did a 903 astro [no keyless] , and apperantly the fobs don't work if the car is running.    Like the stupid hondas?

Nope, no keysense, this rs has no keyless on it. so you use the factory key fob for lock and unlock. I think it's probably like the hondas, key fob dont work when the car is running...

No, it doesn't work with the car running. Why not just sell the customer one that does locks and trunk?
On the older-style Focus, the factory keyless module is up above the glove box, and if you find the ignition wire and interrupt it during remote start, the keyless will work..........but that takes more time and labor than just connecting the three wires for locks/trunk.

find the ignition wire and interrupt it during remote start,

Use a relay, "open" the wire with ground while running.....not too tuff.

Actually, Fords do work while running, just not the Mazda body cars like the Focus...
