Can I know what is  the fuction I can get from  ACTIVE LATCHING SWITCH, PROGRAMMABLE - 611T ? What the difference with 528T? Where normally people use this 611T in their alarm system?

I'm pretty sure the 611T is just an ordinary, SPDT automotive relay, with a plug-in harness with a short length of wire............ it's the same kind of relay you could buy anywhere.
The 528T is a timer relay. You can give it just a momentary pulse, but the relay will stay on for a certain amount of time, which you can adjust.
