compustar ultra start rsx-s clutch bypass

Hey I found similiar topics on this but not exactly. Am I correct in saying that you connect the -status output wire that is also used for the transponder bypass to the negative clutch wire to bypass the clutch during remote starting.  You just use the same wire and tap into it and run it to the - clutch wire and no relay is needed as it's negative polarity so there is no need for hih power output.  Or is there a dedicated clutch bypass wire on these compustar and ultrastarts that i can run to my 06 rsx type s. thanx so much in advance and this forum really is way helpful. thanx again

Drop the fuse box down.  Green connector "D" BLACK/ white POS(+) Attach your remote start output directly to this wire INSTEAD of the starter wire at the ign. harness. Your clutch has now been bypassed.

Ok so would you attach compustars starter to that wire instead of the regular starter wire in the ignition column? And can you give me more details about the location of this plug and how many wires are in it to make sure I have the right one and to avoid complications.  Also would the thing i described in my above post work as well? thank you

Yes attach the compustar output to the clutch wire , it's posative. No relay is needed. You do not use the ground while running for the clutch bypass....AND no transponder bypass either. (for the clutch bypass that is)

Ok so I think I am gonna do what you just told me. Just to sum up and make sure I understood you correctly, You take the compustars + starter wire that that normally would be wired to the harness in the ignition column and instead hook that up to the BLACK/ white + wire you just mentioned that is near the fuse box. Now do you have to remove the fusebox? How many wires are in this plug  and what color is it to make sure I have the right one.    Also regarding what I said before, I think you misunderstood me or I prob just wasn't clear about what I said. What I was going to do was take the - status output that is normally used for a transponder bypass that only provides a - pulse during the actual cranking off the engine and wire that to the - clutch wire at the clutch switch. I think you though I meant ground while running but that is not what I meant. I think  that I can wire the -  status output to the wire that needs a - signal at the clutch switch above the pedal for the car to start.  Correct me if I understood your procedure and if I am right about what I just said as well. Cause I want to have both options available. thanks again

Hey Kartuneman, does your chart have any details regarding the clutch wiring just so I should know. I just wanna know the colors and polarity of the wires at the clutch switch for my own knowledge and was wondering if you had them. thanx again
