audiovox as9554 operating instructions

I need to get the manual or op instructions for the Audiobox AS9554 garage door remote controller. I can't find them on the web anywhere. Anybody know how to clear the remotes in it? I know how to add remotes but not how to clear the memory.

I have the same unit in my garage, and if you could at least tell me how to add a remote that would be very much appreciated. I called Audiovox, and they told me they would mail or fax the operator's manual at no cost, but there was quite a delay in the mailing, and I don't have easy access to a fax machine.
