Hey I would like to know if the GREEN/ red domelight supervision wire can take the place of the door trigger wires.  I know on some cars it does and What is the disadvantage of doing it this way rather than diode isolating both door trigger wires. Thank you

The domelight should turn ON with unlock. So...NO I would NOT use the dome light "supervision" wire for door trigger.

DOORPIN SEE NOTES
Left and right are independent. Driver's door is GREEN/ 2 silver dots, passenger door is GREEN/ BLACK/ 2 silver dots. Both wire are located on the 20-pin plug at the alarm module (gray module) above the driver's kickpanel. If your vehicle is not equipped with the factory alarm, this connector will be taped up in the same location.

I always use the domelight wire as door trigger on Hondas. Never had a problem.
