you will need a unit w/ two auxillary channel ouputs to trigger open and close.
use viper 650xv, or python 460hp. just two possibilities w/ very small remote, size of a quarter.

Is that an actual pic of an SC430 convertible wiring harness? With the two solutions you metioned can I also add remote start?

yes, there is endless of cool things you can do to that model lexus. If youre goin to spend some money, get Viper 7900. It's a color screen LCD w/ Li-Ion rechargable battery, the coolest feature so far I've seen marketed.
If you're driving this kind of vehicle, I wouldn't mind shelling out some money to get the best product.

Thanks for the advice. Can I add remote start and remote top and still keep the factory alarm? How about wiring diagrams for the installation?

I recommend getting a stand-alone unit. Search the forum under remote start add-on and there are numerous answer telling you why.
The bottom line, dont use 561T and 530T.
If you're installing this yourself, get started on how to install basic alarm. No offense, you might run into crap-hole if you do this all at once.

How about if just decide to add remote top to my OEM alarm? Is it possible to just connect a window roll down module to the my factory alarm setup?
