Ok so I'm planning a big install coming up in teh next month or so and need to find a source for some multi-pin male/female, "plug", "molex" style connectors. Pretty much what they use in cars from teh factory. Trying to keep this install as clean and hassle free as possible so as not to run into any problems in teh future. Problem is I have no idea where to find such connectors. I'm talking anywhere from 4 pin to 24 pin connectors, max wire size I'll probably be using is 14 ga. 18 ga. for most. Anyone know where I can find connecters that will meet my needs???

Radio shack.? did you google them? Check Micro alarm. I am wondering why you desire to use these things? They are a pain in the ***. Do you really need the ability to unplug, and reconect that many wires at a  time?  Check this. http://www.pccasegear.com/category118_1.htm

I need at least 2 6 wire ones for the removable doors, and then another 14 wire or more one for my center console (probably 2 seperate connectors). May also want a 6 or 8 wire one for my windshield and possibly another couple for my alarm unit and 3 aux. fuse boxes.

summitracing.com sells them.  Search for GM weatherpack connectors.

OR you might even be able to go to the junkyard and take them from a car. If you have time you can even search cars to find different plugs with different wires.
