I have a '96 Lexus GS300 with the factory alarm system but no remote controls. I also have a Clifford Concept 450.
I have seen somewhere a diagram for linking the clifford to the lexus so that the clifford arms and disarms the lexus system.
At the moment the lexus system is constantly active and keeps setting off. i killed the siren but cant stop the hazards flashing. fortunately the lexus doesnt have imobiliser - hense the clifford install.
Help please. If possibly where is the best place to pickup the lexus wiring.
Thanks

this is the factory alarm disarm for a non uk version, not really sure if its going to be the same though.

Factory Alarm Disarm RED / black   -  driver kick panel
Notes: Single (-) pulse will disarm without unlocking. A second pulse will unlock all doors.

Thanks swerve. Does that mean I can just touch an earthed wire to the RED / black to disable the alarm (seems too simple)

there should be a factory alarm disarm wire on the clifford that you would hook to that wire. it is the second unlock pulse wire( blue/white) but it can function as a factory alarm disarm. yes you can pulse ground to that wire and it will disarm the factory alarm untill it is re-armed again. you will have to test for that wire though. putting the key in the driver door and unlocking will also disarm the factory alarm.

Oh i wish it were that simple !!
The key makes no difference at all. I annoyed the hell out of the neighbours today till i pulled the wires on the siren...
I will try flashing the wire until i get round to fitting the clifford
THANKS
Kev
