Hi guys i'm new and got a question....I bought a lcd remote start and alarm off e-bay, made for manual transmissions.  My question is there is a purple wire on there that says generator test wire.  I have no idea where this goes.  There tech support told me that the wire will show -3.4 volts at key on and 12 volts at start.  Where does this wire go?  Also how do you by-pass it so it will start without the cluth? Thanks for the help

I'm not certain how to answer the question about the purple wire, but in order to bypass the clutch, first you must determine the polarity of your clutch (Positive or Negative).  Once you do that, a simple relay, and ign 3 off the remote start will handle the rest.  Your clutch should have a 2 pin plug on it, or two, 2 pin plugs if you have cruise control.  One wire will test to ground at all times and the other will change depending if the clutch is depressed or not.

Check it out and let me know the polarity and I will provide you the specs. to wire up the relay.
