what is the difference between the compustar 2WSS-AS and the 2WSS-SS, is one just newer or is there performance differences?

2wss=   2way Spread Spectrum
A= Alarm
s= Starter
as= Alarm and Starter
ss= Spread Spectrum             Someone write this on a item description. then they dont know what they are talking about or selling, be careful buying doodie online
