I have a manual 95 honda civic ex.  The alarm is a compustar 2w900FMR (w/ the gray pager).  I had it "professionally" installed at a audio shop but I don't want to go back there.  My problem is I can't get my turbo timer to activate.  I checked the wiring and the manual and the ebrake wire is connected.  My remote start works so I know the ebrake is hooked up. I check it at rest and it does show 12volts.  Is it just a programing issue because it says the only wire really affecting it is the ebrake wire right?   If it is just a programming issue, how do I fix it?  When I press the buttons to activate is (III+IV) but all i get is 3 chirps and 3 flashes.  also while I'm at it, how do i get the driver door priority unlock to work?

I believe you have to turn on the turbo timer with a Compustar programmer before you can use it. I think you can also enable it by going into programming with the remote. After it is enabled, you can then turn it on by pressing III and IV together.
You would need to rewire things (add a relay) to get driver priority unlock to work. My tech sheet for that car doesn't list the wire you would need to tap into, so you would have to find it on your own.    I would suggest not adding this feature with the system you have because of the fact the arm and disarm button is the same button. It makes it awkward to use when there are not seperate lock and unlock buttons.

I was going through the compustar manual and is there a special way to get into the programming munue like in valet or regular mode?  I guess don't understand the steps after getting into the programming menue. The manual is kinda hard to read.  Thanks for the reply.

press and hold buttons 1 & 2 for 3 seconds. If you have an alarm the siren will chirp once and your parking lights will flash once. Then yours going to press button number 4 seven times. (BASICALLY MAKE YOUR PARKINGLIGHTS FLASH SEVEN TIMES) wait for a second. Your parking lights will confirm 7 flashes. After the 7th flash your going to press button number 2. (then two flashes) And DONE! then activate your turbo timer by pressing 3 & 4 together. Word
"dont ground out!"
