Hi guys
I have a clifford 50.5 whit remote start I am haveing a problum when I start the truck whit the remote start the air cond, is suppose to come on. but it dose not? it was installed by a dealer but I think they did not know what they where doing, it semed that way. any help? my e-mail

Which silverado do you have, 1500, 2500, 3500?  Some of them for your year, 1999, have TWO accessory wires that need to be powered up. 

Are you saying that when the truck is remote started, and you get in the car, the A/C will not turn on if you use the switch?  The A/C won't come on if it was OFF when you shut the car off.  It will only come on if you SHUT THE CAR OFF with the A/C ON. 

I always tell customers to leave the A/C on and on the coolest setting (and if it's not digital temperature control I tell them to leave the blower on position three/fan speed)

bobby321 The remote start doesn't turn the a/c on. You do need to l;eave it preset. Same for the heater. Like peterubers said. The truck has 2 ignition connections that need to be made.  

Ign. 1 is pink

ign. 2 is white.

accs. 1 is orange. Some folks consider accs. 2 to be brown. (I don't)
