I have a 2007 Ford F350 that I just installed a Code Alarm CA680.  When I hit the lock button on the remote it tells me that I have an open door and about every 10 seconds  honks the horn.  I notice that when I hit the lock button the dome lights do not go off which I am sure is part of the problem.  If I let the dome light shut off before hitting the lock button it shows ARMED on remote but it still honks horn about every 15-20 seconds.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Brent

Where did you pick up your door pins. Are they isolated (diodes) ? This truck has a domelight delay as well. See if there is a programing option on your alarm to disreguard the dome for arming.

Horn honking....is this the factory alarm doing this? or did you hook up the horn honk?

I picked up the door pins in the driverside kick panel.   I am not sure about isolated diodes?   The alarm is hooked up to the horn.  I do not think the remote has a option to disregard dome light.

I do not think the remote has a option to disregard dome light.

It won't be the remote that has this dome delay option, it's a programming issue on the install.

I picked up the door pins in the driverside kick panel.   I am not sure about isolated diodes?

Is your alarm hooked to "all" of the pins (wires) If it is you WILL need to isolate them with diodes. UNLESS you are using a posative trigger. To isolate this one wire posative trigger you will need a relay.

You say the hornis hooked to the alarm, is the siren also going off when the horn is?

Thanks for the help.  It ended up that I had not turned off the internal shock sensor and that was causing the horn to go off (I am running off external shock sensor).  The truck does have a delay on the dome light.  Remote flashes DOOR Open until light goes off and then armes fully.  Problem solved!!
