It appears the wiring from the 05-06 model has deffinatly changed.. I have been trying to test the wires and they all seem different from the previous model, really frustrating...

any help or wiring diagram would be really appreciated...

Thanks

The big news I read about this car is the changes from the 06 are only "skin deep"

I would take this as meaning it's mechanically, and electonically the same. I could be wrong. BUT here's another thing.

In my Astrochart tech, the 06 and 07 are identical in every way???

I thought so too, but I used wiring from the forums where other people have done it themself and the wiring is diffferent, they are in different plugs on the BCM and different colors...

I have most of the wires figured out except for the tach wire and trunk wire...

The easiest place to get the tach, actually not the easiest, but inside the car... is behind the guage cluster. WHITE. On V6, and 4cyl.

What the astrochart has for trunk pop is blue (POS)+ in the drivers kick low. Trunk pin is GREEN/ black, same location. (NEG)-

thanks man, I got a wire for the tach, im not sure if its the exact "tach wire" it only comes on showing 5v when the motor runs.. so it should be good for a tach wire... I also found the trunk wire, it was the blue wire like on older models...should be finished by the end of the night, this is my first time, so basicly took me all day...
