I have a 2002 Dodge Caravan with a boa remote start / keyless entry (don't know model #) and after replacing the battery in the van the remote no longer works.   I don't have the instruction manual, and  I need to know how to reprogram the remote.

The BOA systems need to have the remotes reprogrammed each time the vehicle battery is disconnected. This is a horrible design in my opinion. You can find the install/owner's manual for the 165B and the 265B in the downloads section of this site. It explains how to reprogram the remotes.

Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.
