Hi

I have a 1997 Infinity QX4 and all of a sudden my alarm goes off for no reason(mostly at night) A friend of mine pulled the relay that said security horn so that the horn will not bug my neighbors and ever since he pulled the relay out my car started chugging and then died. When the car is totaly cold it will start again no problem but if you turn it off you can not start it again untill it is totaly cold. if anyone can give me any input at all that would help me . I am stumped!

Put the relay back in and bring it to a alarm/starter install shop and get the factory alarm removed and an aftermarket one put in if you still want keyless entry. The nissan/Infiniti alarms from the 1990's were prone to do that, they weren't very good systems.

Remove the OE security....?

Is this a system (like an aftermarket) that CAN simply be removed?
