I've only done one remote start so far but have a decent understanding of how they work. I will be puting a dei 1400xp in a 2000 nissan altima with the universal bypass module with key from dei. Just wondering is there anything to watch out for on this car and does anyone have any tips? Also i see this car has two starter wires, so should I use a extra relay to power the second starter wire using the starter output in the ribbon cable.

Thanks

just wait till the bass drops

Car is straight forward. Yes you need to power that second starter wire. You can use the purple wire in the 4 pin plug coming from the XCRS for the second starter, no need to cut the ribbon cable.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.
