Your car has a 2nd start wire that needs to be hooked up.  If the 2nd starter wire isn't hooked up the car won't start properly when it is cold.

If that isn't the case (I would be very surprised) then check to make sure the system learned the tach.  If the tach isn't hooked up/programmed correctly then it could lead to cold start issues.

Here is my next question, why do some people believe you have to isolate the accessory wire?, and some dont, also HOW do you Isolate ,does any one have a diagram?, thanks again..........

I double checked with DEI's site and they are indeed stating that you must isolate the accessory from the switch for remote starting. If I remember correctly when the vehicle is off the accessory wire rests at ground when the key is off. You must isolate it from the switch to prevent sending +12V to ground when trying to remote start it. Obviously this is not a problem in your case because you say it remote starts fine (unless you have not hooked up the accessory wire yet).
To isolate it cut the accessory wire in the vehicle and wire a relay like:
86 and 87: Purple heavy wire from APS786
85 Ground
87a Key side of Cut accessory wire in vehicle
30 Vehicle side of Cut accessory wire in vehicle
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

Wellllllll...its acting up again.....it worked fine every morning since everyone helped...I changed the time to run to 20 minutes, and all seemed good, but it will only let you start it one time, after it shuts off by its self ,it wont start  again all remote, like wanting to warm it up some more, it will try and crank it about 5 times, but unless you go manually in there and turn the key, and start it ,it wont remote start.
