My other thread was closed :(

Back on this subject though,

Took my car to have the remotes programmed and they first told me they couldn't then they did it and the remote start did not work so the guy told me the fuse holder was bad so I needed another one.  I later had to reinstall my kick panel and saw the fuse holder was fine and added a fuse and everything worked.  I hate feeling like I'm being scammed because I would have paid them for the work.  In any case,

The place I went to told me I need both cars there together in order to program one remote to two different cars is this true?

I have programmed them on each.

Not sure what this means...did you program the remotes already?
You would need at least the vehicle that the remote is not yet programmed to. Having both there makes it so that if you need to reassign buttons you can. Without having both vehicles there they can not reconfigure if needed.
Did you inquire as to why they claimed the fuse holder was bad? If you plugged a fuse in and everything worked I find it difficult to understand what could have been 'wrong' with the holder.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

Right now both remotes are set to one car but previously the remotes were both set to the other car.  I would like them to work on both cars.

I think they were looking for money from me if this is what they said about the fuse holder.

Can you g ive me step by step uinstructions on programming them.  on the 550 hf with remote start, right now the top left button locks and unlocks and the AUX button starts it.  Nothing is set on the car with the 600 esp.  That is the one I would like to program.

I'm not a dunno, but I don't quite understand the proceedure in the install guide for programming them.

Thanks a bunch

Erik
