Horn: Blue/Red at the steering column harness, should not need a relay.
Dome Supervision: Light GREEN/ Red in the driver's kick panel. I do not see independent door triggers listed so, I would recommend using a relay wired like:
87 Ground
30 Out to door trigger
86 dome supervision wire from 160XV
85 Constant fused +12V fused at 5 amps is enough, it only energizes the relay
Keep in mind that your door ajar indicator (if equipped) will illuminate while the dome supervision is active.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.

The 451M IS nothing more than two micro relays in a box with a plug. You do not need additional relays for the actuator, read the manual it shows "adding actuator" and how to wire it.
The small 4 pin plug on the XCRS is for adding additional relays if required, it provides low power ground outputs for accessory, starter, status, and ignition. The 01 Sephia does not require any additional ignitions or accessories, nor does it require a bypass module so you would not need to use it.
As far as what 'type' of relays you need, they are standard Bosch style automotive relays.
I do not mean to sound discouraging but the questions asked in this last post lean towards inexperience in the installation arena. If this is your own vehicle then by all means go ahead and install the unit. If this is for a 'customer' I would suggest having it professionally installed, or at the very least have someone there with experience to assist you in installing the unit.

1. The dome supervision question has already been answered, earlier in this post.
2. All 3 wires can go to that single +12V supply. The multiple inputs are for vehicles that require them.
3. Follow the diagram listed here match up the relay pins to what is listed in the manual for the 451M.
