Measure the voltages across pos and neg wires of alarm, I would suggest 1) Bad ground or corroded fuse holder, 2) a switch on one of the lock motors has gone doolallie and it's cycling the motors, co-incidental to alarm problem.

bad connection somewhere or module is having an issue. If you have ignition controlled door lock then it may be the connections are not solid, and when wires vibrate they lose connection for a sec and then it thinks you turned car off then back on leading to door locks going haywire. I had an issue where a previous installer twist and taped all the connections in a 2006 Ford diesel truck. The customer came in complaining that the doors would lock and unlock while driving down the road. I had to spend about 2 hours soldering all the connections. That also included adjusting timer on wait to start wire and testing after to make sure everything was fine. So far customer hasn't been back. It was last week when it went back out.

I would at least pull the fuses from this thing so you can drive (and stop the locks from freakin) Then when time allows.......re-trace all the connections. The unit COULD be done! (broken)

The locks are 5 wire.... so a bad ground can cause you some fit's!

And, did you do starter kill?.... put the starter wire back together and that problem is solved.
