im putting a remote start on my car and i can't figure out how to make the power lock function work... i have figured out that it needs a positive to trigger it, and the system i have outputs a negative, what do i do? the remote start system i have is a galaxy 2000-rs.

you will need two relays or see if you cant get you hand in one of this a 453T power door lock inverter it changes negative pulses to positive.

Unless your unit has built in lock relays (six wires from the brain) you will have 2 negative outs. One for lock, the other for unlock. wire 2 relays like this,
