Putting a valet 561R into a 2007 Hyundai Azera. According to DirectFax Document 1300 you need to hook up a dome light supervision wire in order for door locks to work. The Valet 561R does not have a domelight supervision wire. Is there any way I can simulate a domelight supervision wire from a remote start.

LOCK BROWN / orange At switch assembly in driver's door   -
UNLOCK Pink At switch assembly in driver's door   -
Requires a double pulse to unlock all doors
I don't believe that to be the fact. I could be wrong

But in the directfax document it says that the domelight supervision wire must be conected to some sense wire at the ddm.

I was the one who gave DEI the information to write that document.
The car's unlock-detection wire needs to see a ground both BEFORE and DURING the unlock pulse.
I suppose you could buy a timer relay, set for two or three seconds........use the remote starter's unlock output to trigger the timer relay........and have the timer relay apply a ground to the car's unlock-detection wire.
Although, by the time you buy the timer relay, and run wires into the door, you could just spend the few extra bucks and use the XK01 from www.bypasskit.com, and that'll take care of everything with a lot less work.
