I just took the matrix 1 out of my wifes old car, donating it to charity, and she needs one in her new car. I will be getting rid of my old car soon, and will uninstall the rattler 310 if it is a better unit.
Also on a side, I am thinking of getting a ungo SR6000, or an s670 for my new car. I will probably install it myself when I install the stereo.
New cars
Her car; 2002 Ford Focus SE, auto trans, factory keyless entry, trunk pop.
My car; 2001 Ford Focus SE, manual trans, trunk pop. (will take aftermarket door actuators from her old car, and will use a manual bypass for clutch)
Any input would be greatly appreciated, and constructive criticism always accepted.

No comparison between the Rattler and the Clifford. The Clifford is not designed as a 'do-it-yourself' system, the Rattler is. The Clifford has an external antenna, more features and is hands down the better system between the two.
As far as the 01 Manual trans car is concerned if you are going to pick up an Ungo system make sure you also pick up the 689M. Without the 689M the car is a safety hazard. If you are not locked on the Ungo brand then a Compustar designed for manual transmission is what I would recommend.
Installer, IT support, and FFL. I need less hobbies.
