hey guys, I'm currently trying to install this on my civic. I've got all the wires connected except the relay ribbon. All the sensors work including arm/disarm. However I'm unable to start my car. It cranks, but won't turn over.
Additional info: Car started fine before the installation. When I began my installation, the starter wire was connected to a previous alarm system. When I splice the starter wire, I remember it sparked. My battery was connected the entire time.
What the best way for me to find out why my car won't turn over?

Pretty sure you popped the fuse.  Look at your fuses and see if any went out.  Check  fuel pump fuse.

Thanks for the reply. I just triple checked all fuse and they all appear fine. No blown fuse. The old alarm system had a relay on the BLACK/ white (starter) wire and I'm unsure what it did. Could this also be a problem?

Also tested the starter by bypassing it and jumping with wire from the (+) terminal of the battery. Result was nothing but sparks as soon as i touched the solenoid on the starter.

I took off the relay and connected the starter wire in the beginning and still couldn't get the car to start.

I ended up towing the car to a shop. They checked all the fuse and all the wiring. They said everything seem fine and I had power to all the right wire. But the car still won't start. They're unsure what's causing it, but I have no sparks from the ignition and I have no fuel. I contacted the previous owners, and none seem to know anything about the old alarm system. It did have a kill switch and I can't seem to find the wire for it. Anything you guys can think of?
