has anyone one here been affected by this virus? it recently invaded my country and the head count is already up to eight. locally if it ain't crime, it's illness or kidnappings, murder everywhere. what's the world coming to?

Around the time you posted this, there was a computer virus with a similar name. It was supposed to unleash it's wrath a few days before you posted this. I thought you were asking about the computer virus. But either way, I have not seen a case of either.

I actually had it.(confirmed by doctors) It wasn't as bad as the media is making it out to be. It's the flu. It sucks. That's about it. Just like any other strain of the flu, if you have a weakened immune system, you might be in trouble. Otherwise, you feel like crap for a while, then get better.

tylenol and water...Its just the flu...Lots die from the "normal" strands...But it does play on the whole universal healthcare...great timing...Conspiracy wheels turning...!

They are now giving it to health workers, then children and the old, then people like me with asthma related problems, then general distribution. I've already had my flu shot because of the above, trouble is, like my older sister I've NEVER caught the flu, except doc says with asthma it CAN be fatal if caught and since it's free on the NHS what the hell.
