Just curious what everyones opinion on it was. I have a 2003 ranger edge right now and gas kills me. One of my installers has an xB and i LOVE it. If i get one i think im gonna get the base base model and upgrade everything on my own. Any ideas?

I dont like the way it looks. It looks like a box on wheels. Im sure there are alot of aftermarket parts that are out for it which is a plus. Probably easy to "pimp" it out.

I have owned my Xb since june 10th. I LOVE IT. just the looks you get alone are worth the price of the vehicle. gas milage is great. i  average 30 m.p.g. I bought it bone stock, not even floor mats, and upgrading it a little at a time. I recommend the Xb. the only problem is which color to get. me polar white.  Black Cherry Pearl was the next choice. buy one, you'll love it.

the cool thing about the scion models in general are that they are so cheap and come with massive choices for accessories. The xB inparticular can have something like 160 different accessories to choose from. I saw a TC the other day for the first time. it is ill. its nice and sporty looking, yet you could pimp it out like no other.  i think the only drawback to the xB is the horsepower. it has no get up and go, even stock. you may be off driving a hover round.

*cough* the POINT of an xB is not to go fast, but to have a car/minitruck thats useful and that is entirely unique
the idea behind the scion line is that you can get a high quality vehicle for very little green, and that leaves you the ability spend the money you saved (by not buying a different vehicle with the same standard equipment at twice the price) on customizing your ride
