Man I havent been able to sleep tonight, so I have been posting for a couple hours. I hav done like 32 tonight including a string of 26 in the audio forum. At this pace Ill catch Dyohn in like, only 73 years Insomnia results in posts -- posted image.

Does warm milk really work? I never tried it. It must taste terrible.

Yes, warm milk really does work. It contains triptophan. So does cooked turkey, and raw onions. Warm milk tastes better with cocoa in it.

My momma told me. And yes, I am older than dirt and proud of it. Never too old to rock and roll, though!! Insomnia results in posts -- posted image.

Oh, and a trucker friend told me about turkey and raw onions. He said long haul truckers make sure they don't eat those as it can make them sleepy on the road.
