I have an instrument that has a 12v take off (cable + -)for an alarm buzzer.
The buzzer is one of those small round types
I want to add a much better buzzer and a warning light (led)
I have two wires that feed the buzzer, they are very thin 22-24 gauge or maybe smaller, but the are 12volt.
I want to add a relay to power another buzzer and warning light.
I am concerned about the relay input, it looks to me because the wires are so small I will need a low amperige???? of low current drain relay, the relay max output needs to be 5-10amp.
Can anyone suggest a relay or specs and terminal conections.
I would prefer a waterproof relay but not mandatory.

Just about any relay will be fine with that....
Most automotive relays are ~60 Ohm to over 250 Ohm (ie, 250mA to under 60mA).
22G & 24G handle several Amps (eg - around 7A & 3.5A respectively). Not that that means your circuit supplies that sort of current.

Use a reed relay - very little current draw (10mA) and decent output.  Also, no audible noise which is nice!
