Hello,
I Connected my relay(24V , 4A) to DC motor. the motor moving but sometimes the relay stuck (I can hear that)like its just overload by the motor(when motor working it needs 24V,2A).
What can I do to resolve this problem?
thanks everyone.

What type of relay are you using? 4amps overloading a relay, nope doesn't sound right!

And does your supply handle the start-up current? (Check it with a voltmeter.)
The relay may need spark suppression for its contacts - typically capacitors are used (just like ancient car ignition points).
But yeah - as per T&T, let's start with what relay?

I can't see contact ratings for DC.
Although some think its 8A@250VAC means no problems for 4A or less DC, I disagree.
[It's a usually a contact plating issue but can involve other issues (like opening speed). Contacts can stop arcing when AC does a zero crossing - that doesn't occur with DC.]
Can you use a relay that's rated for DC instead? (Unless this relay is rated for 4A/24V DC inductive.)

How many volts are you using to power the coil?
If you are trying to turn this relay on with 12 volts, you will get inconsistent results.
Panasonic DK2A-24V specs
According to the specs the contacts are good for 8A @ 30V for a resistive load.

All circuits should be verified with a digital multi-meter prior to making any connections.

That could be the problem - resistive load.
