Hi guy's, this is my first post, haven't found much help on other sites. Anyways here is my issue. I have a 2001 Honda Prelude, and it came with standard 2 wire turn signals up fornt, and standard two wire running lights on the side. What I am trying to do is make a turn signal/running light combo in the front, but I want it to be just a single filament full bright running light that switches on/off/on when turning, as aposed to the off/on/off like it was factory. Now I am very close on accomplishing this when using the diagram below, it does exactley like I want, unless I have no light's on meaning no running lights, or headlights, then the front signal does not work at all, so I am just trying to figure out what I need to do to avoid having my lights on to have turn signals. I am using a standard 30/40 automotive relay, but can get a different one if need be. Thanks alot for the time and help.

That diagram shows that pin 30 is connected to constant power, meaning the lights would be on all the time (even with key off). You could replace the constant feed with an ignition feed and then you'll always have at least marker lights on.
If you still want to maintain your OEM setup with regards to the marking lights you'll need at least one more relay:
Pin 85: marker lights
Pin 86: Ground
Pin 30: Marker light
Pin 87A: OEM flasher
Pin 87: Pin 87A from relay above

As I see it, the above should be equivalent to wiring the LEDs between BikeConstant+ (Anode/+ve end) and BikeTurn+ (Cathode/-ve end).
The LEDs will ground through the indicator bulbs when not indicating (assuming bulbs are used...)
To have flashers double up as other lights (reverse, stop, running) can get complicated - normally 2 DPDT relays or similar are used.
If bulbs are used and "out of phase" flashing is ok when lights are on, they can be wired between the flasher bulbs (+ve) and the light +ve.
But LEDs won't work the same - unless a bridge-rectifier is used (lights & flasher to the AC input; LEDs between the +ve & =ve bridge output).
